How to disable MS Office Upload Center

Type regedit.exe to open up Registry Editor

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

and delete the OfficeSyncProcess entry that points to the current location of MSOSYNC.EXE.
